Rain water tank repair and replacement of Pump

I have a tank in the garden that collects rain water. The overflow pipe is damaged. The pump that connects the system is also in need of replacement. I would also like advise if this tank needs a complete replacement and/or relocation. The tank capacity is approximately 5000 litres.
