Outside Kitchen Drain needs unclogging & cleaning

The down pipe drain blocks when it rains due to dirt from the garden flowing into the drain as there are no sides holding the garden dirt back. Needs to have mortar put around the drain or something.

Investigate possible leaking drain - causing water seepage into basement

Check for leaks in the drain from outside downpipe - camera and pressure testing(?) May require remediation depending on any damage identified

Fitzroy drain block

My laundry sink is not draining. Its been this way since I brought the house 1 year ago. Done draino many times and nada. Drains very very slowly (4 litres 2 hours - approx timeframe). Need to get it sorted please

Replace main water pipe to house

A section of the water main has perished and is leaking. The 60+ year old pipe is exposed for a few metres and probably should be replaced with new. It might still be okay where it’s under concrete.

Drain Blockage + Over flow

Kitchen drain pipe is blocked. Water comes back up the drain in to sink when tap is on, It does eventually drain but takes a while. The exit drain hole outside is also backed up and overflowed.We assume overflow may be going underneath the house and is also causing bad odours. No issues with any other sink/bathtub drain pipes

Sewage Sump Pump

Sewage sump pump causes house distribution board CB to blow, so guessing pump is poked. Need a quote to replace with and without supplying the pump. Pump I can get is a 1100w Trevoli macerator pump, 620lpm, 15m rise for $600. Sump is approx. 1m cubed, external to the house, entire top comes off.
