Blocked sewage drain

The bathroom exterior drainage that takes the bath, sink and toilet waste is overfilling water and we have unblocked as far down as we can, removing loads of poo build withup. We have cleared the pipes where the bath and sink come out of and they are visible but the toilet pipe is not visible and when any water is run it brings the water level to overflow again sometimes bringing poo with it. We have just moved in and discovered this. The drain cover once we found it after removing the poo has been forced up slightly.
