Job description

New Drainlaying
Napier

I'm looking to get pipe laid to connect 5 or 6 downpipes to a sub on my property that connects to my neighbour's stormwater pipe and the council's stormwater. My property was subdivided, and to gain approval for the subdivision, the council required that the stormwater from the 3 (#1,#2,#3, Pic 4) downpipes on the south side of my house be drained of the property. The parties agreed to the plan to have my stormwater connected to the neighbour's stormwater pipe which connects to the council pipes. (Pic. Drainage plan 1) The neighbour has now completed his build and according to the plan (Pic. Drainage Plan 2) has left a pipe sticking out of the ground on my property that can be connected to (Pic. 3). Since the agreement I believe that some rules may have changed and there is now a requirement for all downpipes to drain away, so I thought I could get the one downpipe on the East side of the house (Pic. 4) and the one on the West side of the house (Pic. 5) connected also. There is also a downpipe on the North side of the house though I believe that may not need to be connected as it drains into an existing drainage hole (Pic. 6) Aditional information: - From the pipe along the fence to the back of the house is about 25m - From the fence North to the downpipe on the West side of the house is about 10m - From the fence North to the downpipe on the East side of the house is about 7m
