New toilet waste connection.

Current bathroom on 2nd floor is going to be renovated. Toilet sits against the external wall, but uses a S trap so the waste pipe runs internally through the through the ground floor room and into the ground. Would like the the new toilet to run externally so will need a new connection to the existing waste pipes in the ground. (Existing connection can be removed). Will require a connection added and capped off so it can be joined to when the new toilet is ready.
