Septic System needed for new house to be built in Te Horo

Building a 3 bedroom home in Te Horo and it needs a septic system, but as it's only a 800sqm section I'm not sure what's available that doesn't need a lot of space but meets Kapiti Councils requirements. Any ideas and 'ball park' prices appreciated. Job doesn't start until a couple of months into 2019. Thanks
