hole dug and pipe repaired or replaced

part of my waste water pipe has dropped an inch and causing a blockage. A hole 2 meters deep needs to be dug as a digger cannot get into my back yard due to the location of an external gas hot water cylinder. And dropped pipe repaired so it can flow properly again
