Installing sewage and water systems to new build

Hi, I'm beginning to budget for building a second dwelling in Dunedin. The new unit has already been built off site so already has internal plumbing etc, however I will need new sewage and water systems installed on site and connected to mains. The site for the new building is around 20m off the existing house and around 50m off the road side. The building is a small 1-bed cottage with a kitchen, toilet and bathroom but no laundry. Are you able to provide a rough estimate of costs to do this? Let me know if you need anymore information. Thanks in advance. Jamie Macalister.
