Need drain to be installed to one of the gutters

Gutters: One downpipe doesn’t directly discharge into the drain. And One downpipe discharges onto the “open shelter” roof. This shelter itself has no guttering and the water discharges to the ground at the boundary fence. So need these sorted to get healthy homes complaint .
