Water pipe Tracing

I need to trace water pipes in an apartment. There is an Auger head stuck in the pipe and we dont know how to repair it. The ONLY way as per plumber is to get a tracing/image of the pipes. We cant use infrared as we cant open the hot water. The apartment has a concrete slab and jib. A scanning tool needs to be used. I am on the 3rd level with apartment above and below . Can anyone assist me?
