After the heavy rains and based on the location of our property (bottom of large hill) there is what appears to be ground water entering the laundry and garage area (they share a common internal wall). Attached some photos of the laundry, garage and the outside wall. I have had a couple plumbers out who have checked all the plumbing and pipes (including pressure testing) and found no leaks. As a result groundwater is now the suspect. I'm not sure if a drain, waterproof membrane or something else is the right solution. As a result I welcome your thoughts and will get suitable companies around to quote on repair. Must be a licensed drain layer to quote. Thank you.
