Drainage needed for lawn and surrounding outdoor areas

My house was effected by the floods a year ago. I am wanting to best remedy this by fixing what is currently a terrible storm water system on the property. I am wanting to get this job started in the next 7 days, and ideally completed within 2 weeks. A visit to the property will best aid us in coming up with the plan. From what I can make out, we will need approx 10 metres of channelling. Some decent sized pipes and possibly a cesspit or two.
