A leak detector inspected my property and told me the leak is underneath the concrete and therefore would need to cut the concrete floor to repair the leak. I had a video call with Jade and he thought the problem is less serious. Jade then sent James to do the repair and James found the leak in 5 minutes. The repair was done in a timely manner without cutting the concrete floor. I can’t thank Jade and James enough. Highly recommend! I would give them 6 stars if I could!
