Jimmy invoiced $600 plus GST for 1.5 hours, which seems high for a basic stormwater pipe connection. Given that I had prepared the area and excavated the soil beforehand, I suggest finalizing the cost before agreeing to future work.

"The cost was quoted for reparing a public stormwater drain (150mm EW), involved cutting in a small space. And repaired additional 100mm wastewater pipe without additional expenses. I kept to the original quoted price, which was approved by the homeowner before the job started.
