Blocked Stormwater Drain Connection(s) - Roof runoff

Hi there, The connection from our house to the stormwater network is blocked (rainwater runoff from roof). When it rains it overflows at a point where the downpipes meet. The downpipe is not sealed at this point (may be by design to stop it backing up). It's likely a buildup of leaves/plant material etc. blocking the pipes so may need a pressure washer to clear this. The downpipe on our carport nearby also overflows in heavy rain so may require unblocking also - probably links into the same stormwater pipe.
