We are looking for two drains to be cleared out. It doesn't appear that the water flow is fast enough in down pours. There are two next to each other.

Appears that the drain was a cesspit. Seems to have tried to hydro-jet it but obviously does not do anything as it needs clearing out. Told the tenant something to make them think cesspits are not a correct design. I have emailed to get confirmation and no response. We have had to get another person out to actually do the job correctly. There is 14inches of debris at the bottom! Not happy. If you cant do the job, call the person and tell them immediately.
