The old drain from the house to the road is past it used by date and keeps blocking. The property is a rental. The job is to install 16m of new 100mm pvc drain from the house to the PVC drain connection at the house boundary (see photos). There is easy access for your digger and truck and all digging is in grass. The quote must include: Excavate trench 16m - at house side trench is as deep as gully trap; at boundary side the trench is approx. 1.5 m deep. Leave old drain in the ground Install a new 100mm PVC drain Install new gully and re terminate all existing waste pipes into new gully Connect to existing PVC drain at boundary (which connects to council sewer) Dispose of excess soil. Tidy up afterwards and leave the place looking clean and tidy for the tenants - but there is no need for new grass seed Please only quote if you are a qualified drain layer with proof of certification, and come with good reviews and recommendations. The current drain has recently been unblocked as it flowing so you can schedule this job around your existing work but the sooner it is done the better.
