New Sewage system put in and connected to existing house

We are relocating a house to bare land in the ashburton area and on the look out for a plumber to do our sewage. Will have a waste water engineer draw up a plan and get it through council, plumber would need to sign off all council paperwork to get us compliant. Also needing a quote for work asap, we will be using kiwi saver to purchase the land, work will likely pay take place in October.

Gully trap on this property needs to be at least 25mm higher than surrounding concrete/ paved areas and at least 10mm above unpaved areas (gardens). Please build a concrete/brick surround (concreted in) to keep the stormwater out of the gully trap.

Blocked Down Pipes

We have 2 blocked downpipes, one at front of the house and one at the back. We suspect the front pipe is blocked under the house. The back pipe is located inside the back porch, and has actually burst. They have been blocked for sometime and are metal. Back pipe would need replacing. We are looking for a quote to unblock/repair the pipes, and also some advice on blocked pipes running to the street, and blocked soak pits in the front garden.
