Removing material left over from land clearing

I need some timber, concrete, and sod removed after clearing my yard. They are in separate piles - see pictures for an idea of size. The sod is under the tarps to stay dry and light). The site has reasonable access next to a road with good parking/room for a skip. But note there is no driveway/off-street parking.
