Removal of car seat dumped in common area of townhouse complex

Removal of a car seat that has been dumped on a footpath in the common area of a townhouse complex in Newtown, Wellington. Would need to be done during daylight hours at a time when a member of the complex's body corporate would be available to direct you to the location of the car seat. (FYI, visitor parking spaces are available in the complex 20 - 30 metres from where the car seat has been dumped). Note: other smaller items of rubbish have accumulated by the car seat - would be good if these could be removed at the same time.
