Roofing Iron / Fibro Cement Removal

Hello, I've recently moved into a new home. In the back garden, there appears to be a piece of roofing material (likely fibro-cement, about 1m tall x 3m long) that was used as an old retaining wall or as an edge of a garden bed. There also appears to be a concrete pipe of some sort sticking out of the fibre cement. I would like to remove both of these things from the garden. It looks like this would require the surrounding soil to be dug up which is something I'm happy to assist with. Thanks, Sam
