Remove junk and rubble from under house

My 1920s house has rubbish underneath, old wood, bits of carpet, car parts, car batteries, chicken wire, old bricks and rubble. I need someone to completely clear it out as I am going to have underfloor insulation installed. The house is on concrete ring foundation so it is dark and damp. Crawl space is ok but it does get cramped at back of house, where there is some brick/builder rubble to clear. Most of the other junk looks to be within approx 4-8 square metres of the front of the house, near the door into the crawlspace. Whoever clears it out will need proper coveralls, filter masks, gloves, kneepads, etc. The most hazardous things I can see are old car batteries but there could be other sharp or unhealthy things down there. The job can start from 3rd May or as soon as possible thereafter.
