Need someone to demolish and remove a old shed & tidy up
Job description
I've got an old shed (not kitset, very old built from wood) approx. 2m square with a rusty roof I need ripped down and taken to the tip. Also a bit of old wood and a couple of large boulders removed and taken to the tip. Depending on price would ideally like a lawn mow and general tidy to finish it all off but I guess only if I can afford it! I would assume it's at most a one day job for one man or 1/2 day job for two men....? My section is small eg takes 10 minutes to mow the lawn. Need this done by the 26th June and would prefer a quote for a set price or you could tell me your hourly rate + approx. expenses for the rubbish disposal. I'm not well off (obviously, I live in ranui) I'm just looking for someone reliable who can do the job and who has a trailer and take the rubbish away.

Charged me about 100 dollars (25%) more than originally quoted, instructions were ignored and only partially finished job i had to call and get them to come back they still did not finish the job properly. Would not use them again

"Quoted $230 excluding dump fees. She accepted and agreed to pay dump fees up to $150 (I charged $110). She was in hospital when I did the job (lawns, edges, demolished and removed shed) so no one there to tell me the pile of rubbish (full van load) was the "bit of old wood" referred to in description. We happily went back out and took it to tip only charging additional dump fees ($57) and no labour. Explained tip wouldn't take boulder.
