Demolition/Removal of house

We have a house that is %70 demolished, and we require someone to finish the job. We had the misfortune of contracting a completely useless demolition company, and the job is unfinished. Windows, 'useful' stuff, Roofing iron etc has already been removed. There is basically framing left standing and some piles of crap (gib, glass etc). I require demolition to be finished and all the rubbish to be removed - this excludes any concrete removal, as i already have an excavator lined up for that. This can be immediate start, and shouldnt take to long to complete. PLEASE NOTE: since the photo's were taken, the roof has been removed.
