Remove junk from property, lift heavy furniture

I have numerous items including an old washer, bits of wood, and yard waste that needs removing from my property. Also, some strong arms to move a couple pieces of furniture from a storage area into the garage (on same property). The junk will be placed in a single location to be hauled away, and the furniture only needs to be moved approx 5 meters.
