Green waste removal and lawn mowing

Just looking for someone to help with removing the bush pictured next to house, pruning back the plant by the deck, and removing any green matter around shed or attached to house. Not too concerned about what's on the roof as that's the neighbour's property and the root system is dead anyway. Also if you could mow the small patch of grass next to house and the two strips on the other side of the fence that would be a bonus. I'd estimate it would be about 2 hours of work all up, perhaps a little more for disposal. I could also be interested in getting someone in every few weeks to mow the grass and occasional hedge pruning.
