Rubbish removal+gardening

I am needing someone to remove a whole bunch of rubbish from the garden/shed/garage that former tenants have left on the property. Need the gardens to be done as well e.g. lawns/pruning There is only a back garden and a couple trees out front. Would need this to be done asap as wanting to sell. Thanks
