Removal of rubbish from property

We have 6 garden bags full of rubbish we are wanting to have removed. 1 bag (white bag) is general household items, thrown out from flood damage. 1 bag (green bag) is a mixture of soil and broken up concrete 1 bag (larger grey bag) is garden waste, branches and leaves 3 bags (smaller bags) are tree stump grindings. All bags are around the rear of our property, some of them would easily be able to be dragged to the front. Some of them (especially the concrete bag) are quite heavy and likely would need to at least be partially emptied to be able to be moved.
