Peter changed his method of operation and charged me accordingly to my detriment. He had done the work previously so I anticipated the same standard of work at a similar cost. The invoice he sent me initially was substantially higher so I asked him to reconsider and we negotiated a settlement that was still steep but what I could live with.

"Unfortunately the access to the removal was difficult and my truck was out of operation temporarily so I had to do it in a van
This job is usuallly arranged when the bags are large heavy and composted and as a result I had to empty them by hand
I would suggest getting it done more frequently instead of leaving it so long"
