Green waste removal

I need to have green waste removed. I have had 16 monkey apple tree/hedge cut down into manageable pieces. There is some heavy trunk pieces and greenery. I would like an idea of costs as listed: A: Renting a skip and filling myself then skip to be removed B: Someone delivering skip, filling and removal of skip themselves C: Someone removing this green waste by another method I have added some photos to give rough idea, but there is about 3 piles of green leaves and branches as well.
