Yard and underhouse clean up - Last owners left a mess

We have a large pile of old rotting timber and plastic/metel sheets left from a old construction job by the last owners in the back yard as well as lots of bits of timber under the house that need to be thrown into a skip bin - The skip bin is already on site, I have cracked my rib and unable to complete the job anytime soon so I need someone to come in and throw the rest of the timber into the skip - Will likely full a large 10m skip bin. There is also the remains of a half broken up concrete staircase that needs to be thrown into a skip as well if possible - but the rest of the job is more important at this point.
