Basement clear out

Removal of rubbish from my basement, plus some other rubbish from the house. Rubbish from basement is old tools, bikes, some carpet, couple of old bed frames and mattresses, some mdf and timber. There's a fair amount of steel and aluminium. Other rubbish would consist of rolled-up carpet, a couple of armchairs. I would estimate the total volume would be between 6 and 8 cubic metres if everything is smashed up and loaded flat, without the 2 armchairs. Getting the stuff out of the basement is really a 2 man job I would think, and probably a 2-3 hour job.
