Terraced garden

The terraced garden at the rear of our old apartment building is badly overgrown. The large flax bush and pampas grass need to be cut off at ground level, and the other vegetation needs to be either heavily pruned or removed altogether. There are probably 3 skips of organic material to be taken away. This project will require at least two people - one to mark which vegetation is to be removed or pruned, the other to remove material. You will have the support of a working bee of apartment residents for one or two days. You will need to arrange all necessary council and other approvals to have a skip outside the property, emptying the skip at the appropriate place, etc. You will need to provide tools for yourselves and the working bee, and ensure there is no damage to the walls and that health and safety procedures are in place. The work should be completed before Easter.
