Garage cleanout (DV survivor)

Skip&or rubbish removal I need help and apologies for the TMI but I feel it needs explaining of why things have gotten so bad. Three years on and I still have all of his dumped stuff that was in storage (and packed terribly) which then moved here and just stored in the garage. Stuff has gotten damp previously or damaged with having to move it around in there. Because of this my things in storage in there are not staying in grand condition either . No attempt has been made by him to get this junk. Having to sort through every last bit of it to take to the dump in multiple loads in a wee car is too much for my traumatized brain to handle so I'm on the hunt for a helping hand. Looking for quotes for BIG skip bins so it can just be thrown and taken away. Old whiteware and TV's are free for anyone's taking too. Suggestions welcome. I've been stuck and trapped in this house for years because I havnt been able to mentally or financially deal with this trash. After spending time at woman's refuge and other dealings with other organizations I am also in contact with them for any budget friendly ideas or assistance. I have done some arranging since the photo was taken and alot of fabric/linen has been black bag bagged up but is in too crap condition to donate.
