Apartment Complex Waste and Exterior Building Management

The role offered is a long-term position working Tuesdays and Thursdays for four hours each day. The ideal candidate must be very presentable and be a jack-of-all-trades with the ability to increase hours for special projects if required. This role aligns with rubbish collections on Wednesday and Friday mornings. This role focuses on waste management and grounds maintenance, including: • Removing recycling from rubbish rooms to bins for collection • Changing over rubbish bins and water-blasting empty ones • Glass crushing • Steam cleaning basement rubbish rooms, doors, and floors directly outside • Water-blasting the service lane and rubbish area (once a week) • Water-blasting fences and steps and removing bird waste • Leaf blowing all grounds • Minor touch-up painting and graffiti management • Basement/carpark sweeping • Washing down outside skirt of buildings Parking onsite is available.
