Externally duct rangehood through roof

We have an existing rangehood that is not currently externally ducted. Due to the location of the rangehood (on an internal wall) ducting through wall/soffit is not possible, so we would like it externally ducted through the roof. The ducting will need to go through the rangehood cabinet and along the wall before it can be penetrated out through the roof (due to the presence of an upper storey).
