Replace bathroom fan cover

We have a small bathroom ventilation fan which has lost its cover and is starting to fill with debris. We have high ceilings so need someone with a ladder to get up there and pop a new one on please. Attached photos of the missing one, and you can also see the fan for the other bathroom on the right. Can also access via the neighbour’s stairs, but there’s a gap of over 1m between the rail and building.
