Rangehood - vented through the roof

I will need to re-do my kitchen rangehood which is fixed through the roof.  I need to ensure its weather/water proof on the roof part and have new rangehood unit installed/connected. I need a better style roof's cap/cowl for the vent unit (maybe 'Goose neck' style to ensure rain water won't be blown inside due to its located on high wind area and water is blowing inside atm when raining). I've attached few photos of what it is atm. Please give an estimate cost to fix it and offer best suited solution when initiating the contact. Thank you Location: South Karori
