Tricky ventilation installation for rangehood

Hi, We want to put in a range hood in our kitchen. We currently do not have one and as such no current external ventilation connections. Our apartment building is concrete, including internal walls. We are allowed to drill/cut through the concrete in order to install ventilation, but due to the placement of our kitchen it is not immediately obvious what the best way to do this is (we have had quotes for putting the connection through the window but this would be our option of last resort). We are looking for someone with experience in installing ventilation and working with concrete to give us some potential ventilation options and then performing the install including organising any concrete drilling required, potentially building a bulk head around the ventilation, etc. Thanks!
