Roof ventilation

After a recent reroof from concrete tile to iron, I now have a bad condensation problem in the roof, resulting in very wet timber and insulation. The job would be to supply and install vents in the eaves. Some other form of ventilation may also be needed and I would appreciate advice on this. I would also need the wet insulation removed. House is 3 bedroom, 110 sq m.
