Subfloor went - make new and close old

I need skilled person with masonry drill and ability to create segment for subfloor vent in 4 places and fit grilles to allow for ventilation. under the house there is 2m Hight plenty of space to work in and around the house. Half a days job for someone with right tools and experience. call me on --- to arrange a site visit
