Smartvent Synergy installation

I would like to install a Smartvent Synergy 2025E ventilation system in my house. The house is currently being renovated and has 5 bedrooms and 2 living areas. The floor area is 246m2. Some of the ducting will have to go from the second storey roof to the rooms in the first storey, meaning we might have to make holes in the floor to get the ducting through. The Gib boards and floors have not been put on yet, so this will be a good time to get this sorted. Have attached floor plans below. Thanks, Santhan
