replacing old heat transfer motor and create a powerpoint for new motor

existing heat transfer motor has gone bad. i have the new motor and w junction and remote control to replace the system. ducting and vent will remained. the new motor is weiss apollo 150mm mixed flow fan. would require certified electrician to help to fit a power outlet at attic for the new motor and help install the remote controller at living room with existing powerpoint. its a small job.
