Supply and install a damper in existing built in heat pump system

We have a two level home that is one year old. At the time of building we chose to not install a damper to split the levels of the house and regret that choice. The upstairs area gets a much better use of the heat pump and airconditioner and the downstairs does not really benefit. I want to retrofit an electric damper into the current two control panels.
