Kitchen rangehood & roof cowl and flashing to be installed
Job description
Install a kitchen rangehood and the necessary ducting, roof cowl and roof flashings. This is not a replacement install it is a new requirement. The kitchen is a vaulted ceiling with T & G boards on the underside. The roofing in long run coloursteel. Access is good and there is power onsite. The rangehood will need to comply with current tenancy laws requiring a 150mm ducting. Thanks

Unfortunately this install caused a leak in the roof that took weeks to rectify. Kevin did organise and pay a qualified roofer to eventually complete the necessary repairs
