Ventilation Fan - Install

The fan needs to be installed in a kitchenette wall. The wall is cinderblock(outside) and gib(inside). I would love to have the best flow possible fan but something like the below would be good and complaint to G4 standards. Thus I need a min of 100mm and max 250mm wide hole --- / or a rangehood - --- I am open to suggestions. There is a window here as well , possible to install the fan there as well.

Quick comms and speedy quote. Workmanship was great. It was a tough job. Unsure if the cost being good or bad, seemed in accordance to current market prices. Overall happy and would recommend the team.
