Damp stain on ceiling to be investigated

A damp-like stain appeared on my ceiling a few weeks ago and is quite quickly growing. It's directly under the heat pump which has been installed for 4+ years with no problems before. The ceiling itself doesn't feel wet to touch or weak at all but it certainly looks like something is causing damp. Would like someone to come and investigate and figure out what's going on.

Would have liked to know in advance there was a travel fee. Comms was great up to organise the job. After I didn’t get an invoice and then I got “chased” to pay :(
