Replace External Extractor Fan Cover

Replace an External Extractor Fan Gill on second level of house. A couple of years ago we updated our Kitchen and the Old Extractor Fan was taken out but the external Grill for the fan was left in place as it was easier at the time then filling the hole. What we didn't realize is that the fan was removed so the external grill was just left sitting in the hole and not fixed to anything. With the high winds the external grill has fallen out and smashed - the grill is on the 2nd level of the house. I would like to replace the grill so the house looks good on the outside with out a big hole in the outside of the house
