My HRV system has stopped working and come up with a code 10. Called HRV and they said that I need to upgrade my system without even sending out a technician to look at it. The system was recently serviced and filters changed. The system stopped working 2 weeks ago when we had a blackout. Looking for someone to come in and diagnose the fault.
