Replace bathroom extractor fan cowl outside

The extractor fan cowl outside was damaged and needs replacing. It was a cowl with rain cover with a flap inside. I'm looking for a cowl to be installed with ideally a mesh so insects don't crawl in but if not, then a regular cowl will do. The mesh seen in the photo inside the cowl was a DIY after moving the flap. Issue is when it's even mildly windy, the flap hit against the cowl and is very noisy inside. Happy to DIY a mesh before installation of new one if doable. Measurements shown in photos.
